TikTok via TikFinity
KairoDock supports TikTok through TikFinity during beta. If you do not stream on TikTok, you do not need TikFinity.
What TikFinity adds
- TikFinity is optional and only needed for TikTok chat and TikTok events.
- Twitch, YouTube, and Kick do not need TikFinity.
- You connect and control TikTok through TikFinity.
- KairoDock reads TikFinity events when TikTok support is enabled.
Connect it
- Start the TikFinity Desktop App and connect it to the TikTok Live you want to track.
- Make sure TikFinity is receiving chat or test events before checking KairoDock.
- Open KairoDock Setup Assistant and run the TikFinity check.
- Send or simulate a safe TikTok event and confirm it appears in KairoDock.
If events are missing
- Confirm TikFinity is still connected and showing the event you expected.
- Keep both TikFinity and KairoDock open while testing.
- Run the TikFinity check again in KairoDock before changing scenes.
- Ask in Discord with what TikFinity showed, what KairoDock showed, and which event did not appear.
